Run Slow? It's Doesn't Matter!

“I’m the slowest person you’ve ever run with” or other reasons you may have heard it before. All the conversation started with similar manner.

In fact, I don't care about your pace is slower than mine as long as you are willing to give it a try, to take the challenge and to achieve it. That is the main point!

All those negative thoughts will holding you back and stopping you to go further. Are you really want to be like that? Think with a positive mindset to embrace yourself and to encourage yourself is the way to love yourself and do not look down on yourself. Because there is always someone faster than anyone. You have nothing to prove to anyone else, prove yourself to yourself, not others. ... Let others take you as you are, or not at all.

I love this article which wrote by Coach Jeff on "Do You Think You Run Slow? Why Being Slow Doesn’t Matter" at Please take 2-3 minutes to read about it.
