            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Sometimes you prefer to work on your own to the get full benefit of our fully-qualified and experienced trainers' expertise.
 
They will use the first session to analyze your requirements and ask you your targets. Then a plan will be drawn up and after that, it is down to work!

 

 

            GROUP TRAINING
Many people enjoy being part of a group when undertaking their fitness program; the feeling of being part of a team can help motivate and push you forward towards your targets.
We will provide different types of group training, choose one that suits you and let's get started!
